From Culinary School to Cannabis Kitchen
After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Hadji Bosco found himself working at SoHo House off Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood. The culinary world was demanding, competitive, and often stifling for a creative chef with bigger ambitions. Unable to advance in the rigid structure of high-end restaurant kitchens, he made a bold decision — to launch his own gourmet cannabis edibles brand.
The Birth of Cheba Bakery
Founded in 2014, Cheba Bakery was born from a simple idea: what if cannabis edibles could be as delicious as they are effective? While dispensary shelves were filled with generic, mass-produced products loaded with preservatives and artificial flavors, Chef Hadji applied his Le Cordon Bleu training to create something entirely different — handcrafted, gourmet infused baked goods where the flavor comes first.
The Craft
Every item at Cheba Bakery is made from scratch with no preservatives and no GMO ingredients. The dosing is precise — each cupcake, brownie, cookie, and cake is carefully measured to guarantee sweetness over dankness. The result is a smooth, rich experience that tastes like it came from a high-end bakery, because it did.
From custom birthday cakes to classic brownies, churros to avocado key lime pie — the menu reflects a chef who refuses to compromise on quality, no matter the ingredient list.

What started as a local delivery service in Los Angeles has grown into something much bigger.
